Restaurant Quality Miso Soup

If you've ever made miso soup and wondered why it didn't taste as good as the real deal then this recipe is for you.



RECIPE


  • 2 c water

  • 3 tbs miso paste

  • 2 tsp dashi granules

  • green onion, sliced thin

  • firm tofu, chopped into 1/4" squares


  1. Boil water.

  2. Add miso, dashi, and tofu.

  3. Garnish with green onion.

  4. Eat up!
