Restaurant Quality Miso Soup

If you've ever made miso soup and wondered why it didn't taste as good as the real deal then this recipe is for you.
RECIPE
2 c water
3 tbs miso paste
2 tsp dashi granules
green onion, sliced thin
firm tofu, chopped into 1/4" squares
Boil water.
Add miso, dashi, and tofu.
Garnish with green onion.
Eat up!
